Tariq was getting tired of her a few weeks ago. When she was talking about the $40 nails. She was acting like she was entitled. She's sounded very hood rattish. He couldn't co sign it 1 bit. Good looking out flex

I think Tariq's behavior towards Sara was unwarranted and very...unnecessary. I was disappointed in him. I liked Sara because at least she was aware of Tariq's current works and she at least has some Knowledge of Self and awareness of the world; depth. As a mature man and what he is "supposed" to represent in the so-called Conscious community, I expected him to maybe fire her prior to the show or after or a long time ago if he felt so strongly about his distrust in her. I don't see anything wrong with her asking about his past--it's not like it's a secret. I was told he was "K-Flex" the moment I heard about Hidden Colors but I'm like, "Okay he's phoenix, rising from his ashes" and I can respect a person who makes beautiful and brilliant changes in their lives--that's great because so many of us are "waking up"! However, his response to Sara Nicole on the show was really sad and felt very...feminine-like. I was especially disappointed with him after hearing that Sara reached out to him after the show just to talk and clear the air and he denied her of that smh... Sad. Something could be said about Tariq himself if he continues to hire women that he has to fire..... Peace

If you go back into the Macklessons, even before he got married and had more children, Tariq talked about never doing weed and never getting drunk. Why Sara felt the need to keep asking him about pimping and smoking when he never talks about that stuff anymore is beyond me. The man has his kids on every Sunday live stream. Malcolm X was a pimp. So was Maya Angelou. You would be stupid to bring topics up for people who transitioned way beyond that. Those were absolutely the type of questions an informant would ask.

When Sara brought a purse full of weed into Tariq's car that was the ultimate disrespect. Sara could have cost Tariq his freedom and destroyed his family by getting him arrested. These hoodrats are dangerous. This is the real reason a lot of these sisters are alone. No man with any valuables wants them around. They are reckless.

I lost respect for Sara after that show where she complained about the $40 jumpoff situation. She made some slick comments about biracials too. Tariq's wife is biracial.

I don't agree with everything Tariq says but I was cool with how he handled Sara.
She should have never been there in the first place but sometimes it takes a while for the real hoodrat to show up.

I said it before, these hoodrats only respect their real daddy, the w.s.

I will say this though. I hope Tariq leaves this one alone. Sara had been acting up for a while but no one is that shocked she got booted. Kris leaving was more of a shock.
He really does not need to go on and on about this. Either Sara is going to go the bed wench route or she will get under some dude with game who can get her focused on off that weed.

Sara needs to understand that Tariq has the feds watching him at all time, this was foolish on her part to ask him this type of question and to bring illegal drugs into his car.

Anyway, I knew it was only a matter of time until she got fired. She has a hoodrat attitude and Tariq has a short temper, I knew they'd clash eventually... those two just aren't compatible.

On another note, I wish Tariq would have them conduct the show with more professionalism. I mean, they can eat before or after the show, why are they munching on the air?

Yeah, you need to be around a woman who knows you are in danger and reduces your risk.

She put him in a lot of danger.
Tariq gave her a chance though.

And that constant eating was disgusting. But if she has a pothead then those are the munchies.

I noticed Tariq and Sara wasn't clicking a few weeks before the firing. But I wanna see some receipts on Sara being an agent. She didn't need to get barbecued though.

I don't cosign a lot of the shit he does. But I agree with him on most things and we have to put petty differences aside for the greater cause.

I don't like how Tariq shits on people he used to fuck with in the past (like Alexis K. Tylor) what's that say about your decision making skills?

These dudes leaving cup caking comments needs to chill. That chick Sara was trying to Boss up on Tariq ( His Show) and other co hosts a few times. Every time she was questioned by calllers all of a sudden they dusty, but week end and week out she campaigning for $40 dollars for nails!!! Really??? Real ones know that nails cost more than that. You can't please everyone Flex; Lessoned learned lets just class it up with the next one. I will say this, Tariq had it in his mind that this was going to be her last hoorah. I loved it... Instant Classic Episode!!!

Classic, so good to hear Tariq implementing the macking advice from his books & mack lessons.
If there was a museum of macking this would take a pace in the audio section!
